Recruiters Job Profile
Candidates needs to work on our staffing requirements across the US. Candidate can source employees from online Job Portals, Social Media and direct email, also can Distribute or Post Jobs in various job portals and collect right candidate resumes for the required positions.Contacting Candidates by Email or phone and qualifying them.
Coordinating with candidates for onsite interview and stay in touch during the hiring process till closing the lead.
Skills Required
- Candidate must have good speaking and writing skills
- Must be able to source and screen the candidates skill set and ranking skills and experience to the hiring criteria.
- Good Phone presence and able to make 30 to 40 calls in a day.
- Very good Email communication skills.
- Must have recruiting experience for VMS/MSP clients
